One Voice Speech & Debate is a Christian forensics club teaching, coaching, and preparing students for participation and competition in events related to NCFCA speech and debate. Parents learn and prepare to judge numerous events at tournaments and are trained for various staff and volunteer roles.
Mandatory weekly meetings are Tuesday evenings, 5–9 PM, where students and parents dive into the year's debate resolution and begin to prepare and write speeches for the competitive season, which begins in January. Students ages 12–19 are eligible to compete.
We teach and learn from a Christian worldview, upholding the faith statements published by the NCFCA — the National Christian Forensics & Communications Association. Our club has grown tremendously and continues to achieve amazing results.

One Voice is an independent Christian speech & debate club whose students affiliate with and compete in the National Christian Forensics & Communications Association (NCFCA) — a nationwide Christian speech & debate league spanning 14 regions. We teach to the league's events, rules, and resolutions, and our families serve as volunteer judges and tournament staff. Learn more about the league at ncfca.org.

Students develop poise and public-speaking skills, explore different speaking styles and genres, and learn to captivate an audience.
Debate develops evidence-based reasoning, strategic thinking, quick responses, and the discernment to weigh arguments from worthy sources.
Competitors learn to win and lose graciously, manage emotions, and humbly accept feedback — growing in maturity with every round.
Students learn to address life's issues from a Christian worldview — taking every thought captive to Christ and communicating truth with integrity.

Where the next generation finds their voice
Our Juniors program is open to the younger siblings (ages 7–11) of students enrolled in the regular senior program. It's a gentle, encouraging introduction to speech and communication — building confidence early in a fun, faith-centered setting.

Tuesdays, 5–9 PM — two hours of speech and two hours of debate.
Doors open at 4:30 PM for fellowship and an early dinner. Attendance is mandatory.
Senior competitors, ages 12–19. Students must be 12 by Jan 1, 2026 and no older than 18 by Sept 1, 2026.
Juniors (ages 7–11) may join if an older sibling is enrolled in the senior club.
Dues are non-refundable after July 15.
Families attend at least 2 NCFCA tournaments each year — also the minimum to qualify for Nationals.
A local Round Robin practice tournament is held each November.

A background check is required for any parent attending meetings.
New students: a debate camp is mandatory before the season. Space is limited and membership is first-come, first-served — current members re-register by June 1.
